  • I scanned the QR code but I couldn’t get the stamp.

    This problem might be occurring because of the following:

    1) You are standing too far from the checkpoint.
    There is a chance that on some smartphones the GPS coordinates might be off track.
    Select “Checkpoints” on the menu at the bottom after you’ve logged in, then tap the “Checkpoints Nearby” button to check your coordinates.

    2) Your GPS is not activating.
    First, please tap the “Checkpoints Nearby” button.
    If your current location does not appear on the screen, the GPS is in OFF mode.
    Please check your GPS and make sure it’s turned ON.
    Also, you must always allow the app to use the GPS location service on the QR code scanning page (the checkpoint confirmation page).
